Tickets are issued on behalf of the organisation of the event and are subject to the terms and conditions indicated on this web site, together with all other statements and derivatives either shown on this page or displayed on the premises.
Purchasers should note that their ticket is sold by an agent for the organisation, responsible for the event, and details of the organiser/promoter are available on request from the email address listed on the website.
Purchase and possession of your ticket signifies agreement to the following conditions.
1. This ticket is issued subject to the Rules and Regulations of the venue organisers and management.
2. The management reserve the right to refuse admission.
3. Admission to the venue and performance is at the ticket holder’s own risk. Neither the promoter nor the venue management shall be held liable for any loss, injury or damage sustained while on these premises or at this event.
4. Neither the venue nor the promoter/management can accept responsibility for any lost or stolen property.
5. Unauthorised photography or use of recording equipment is prohibited. No audio, audio-visual or cinematographic devices shall be brought into the venue.
6. Fireworks, smoke canisters, laser pointing devices, flags, banners, poles, umbrellas, or other similar articles are not permitted within the venue and any person in possession of such articles may be refused entry or ejected.
7. The management reserve the right to search all persons and personal property and refuse admission to, or eject from the venue any person who refuses to be searched by a police officer or security official.
8. Any person who fails to comply with instructions from a steward or other person acting for the management may be ejected from the venue.
9. The promoter reserves the right to alter or change the programme or staging without notification.
10. No money will be refunded or tickets exchanged after purchase unless the event is cancelled. In the event of cancellation, refunds will be given upon application to the promoter within 28 days, less booking fee. No additional claims will be entertained. Ticket booking fees are non refundable. Non claimed ticket costs will be deemed as a contribution to Cancer Research UK.
11. No duplicate tickets will be issued.
12. Title to this ticket remains with the promoter until payment in full has been received by the promoter.
13. Ticket holders give their express consent to the use of their actual or submitted likeness in connection the production, exhibition, advertising or exploitation of any film, video and/or audio recording of this event, and/or any element thereof in any/all media throughout the world.
14. No tickets may be used for competitions, promotions or hospitality packages without the written consent of the promoter. Any ticket re-sold or transferred in such a manner will become voidable and the holder may be refused admission or ejected from the venue.
15. The possession of this ticket shall constitute an acceptance by the holder of these terms and conditions and imply an undertaking on the part of the holder to observe them.
16. FOOD & DRINK – It is a licence condition of this event that NO drinks, drink containers or food are to be brought into the venue.
17. Tickets are non-transferable. Re-selling a ticket for profit/commercial gain without the express permission of the promoter will make it void and the holder may be refused entry or be removed from the venue. In addition, tickets bought from unauthorised sources may not be valid and admission to the event may not be permitted.
18. No animals are to be brought to the venue or onto the premises unless written consent had previously been given by the promoter.
19. In the event of any breach of these conditions, the promoter reserves the right to cancel this ticket and retain any monies paid thereof.
